HOLIDAY GREETINGS!

 

This is the sixth and final weekly email leading up to our Christmas Auction hi-liting specific donations made by our CAA members to the 2017 CAA Christmas Auction.

We want to make sure each and every CAA member attending our Christmas auction is well aware of the really nice donations that have been made and will be up for bid in our oral auction.

 

 

Absentee Bidder Procedure

We are making provisions for CAA members who are unable to attend the auction to use our Absentee Bidder Procedure to participate in the auction. 

If you are unable to attend but would like to bid in the oral auction,  please contact President Carl or Scott Gustafson.

 

 

 

Its less than 1 week away and we have everything in order for our upcoming Christmas Dinner, Auction and Dance.

Would like to take this opportunity to again thank all of the CAA members who have donated the varied and amazing gifts for our Auction. 

 

 

This week we have another set of very special “get away” locations that have been donated. 

 

  1. Our first donation Is a Roundtrip flight in a Beaver Float plane to Nimpo Lake Resort, British Columbia, with a 4 day, 3 night stay for 2 couples (4 people).  This trip must be planned during the summer of 2018. Warren Bean is donating 2 rustic cabins or 1 modern cabin.  Trip includes Beaver scenic tour of waterfalls & glaciers including hike to waterfalls view point.  Boat for fishing at Nimpo Lake provided. Day fishing trip to another outlying lake and golfing in the rock quarry golf course.  Passports are required.  $8,000 value.  Donated by Ted Millar.
  2. Second donation is a Roundtrip flight in a Cessna Citation to join the Millar Nimpo Lake trip and participate in the same activities.  This trip will be for 1 couple (2 people) for 4 days and 3 nights.  Passports are required.  $8,000 value.

  1. Our Third donation is 3 nights stay at Sisters, Oregon in a vacation home which adjoins Sisters Eagle Air (6K5) airport.  $900 value, Donated by Brian Clopton.
