AOPA has added FAA Certified UAS pilots as members and the FAA is supportive of the industry. As drones above 55 pounds begin to enter the national airspace in the future it is important to know how they will fit into the system.
Patrick has obtained permission to fly a drone on the CAA ramp at our meeting. He is a very entertaining speaker and this meeting is really worth attending and bringing friends. You will be delighted. And keep your cool with what's on tap at the bar.
