Regarding the commissioning of the USS Oregon Submarine with Arlo Gatchel
Arlo Gatchel is co-chair of the USS Oregon commissioning committee, a former submarine chief petty officer and board member of the Portland-Blueback Navy League. I think he spoke to CAA once before when the sub was first named. Alot has changed since then. Arlo will be talking about the upcoming March 12, 2022 commissioning of a new Virginia class submarine SSN 793, which is to be named for our state, Oregon.
