What was intended to be a short, simple flight ended in tragedy. This analysis explores the factors involved, alerting pilots to circumstances and decisions that can help them to avoid a similar fate. The presentation also provides a perspective on the ripple effect of accidents, impacting people and public opinion of general aviation more than we may realize.
