...This was the first trip in US history for a military flight demonstration team to enter Eastern block countries.
...The Blue Angels made this 3 week trip with only a portion of their Maintenance team. They also had Blue Angel #7 a two seat F/A 18B for their media flights. No airshow has ever been canceled because of maintenance issues.
...The Blue Angles perform their entire air show without using any g-suits.
