Harold Wagner joined Columbia Aviation (Country Club) in 1950 and member in good standing 25+ years. He was the owner of Wagner Aircraft Co., located on Troh’s Skyport, and Troh’s business partner.
This will be a step back in time of the history of aviation in Portland Oregon and the amazing experimental work that was being done.
