Semi-formal Attire  (Suit & tie, dressy apparel)
$50 per person


Offering for your enjoyment the following menu by Wooden Nickel
Appetizers during the cocktail hour: 
Raspberry Brie Phyllo Crown
Phyllo cup crowned with caramelized sweet onions, spinach, feta and parmesan cheese mixture, then baked to perfection
Cheese platter with gluten-free crackers
Toasted Bruschetta

Dinner Menu (your preference selected during registration process)
Slow Smoked Prime Rib, drizzled with an au jus, served with horseradish sauce (GF)
Baked Halibut Supreme, served in a lemon creme sauce, topped with bay shrimp and cheddar cheese (GF)
Portobello stuffed with a savory garden primavera mixture (Vegan, GF)

Sides:
Baked Potato Bar (build your own with Butter, Sour Cream, Chives, Cheese & Bacon Bits) (GF)
Blanched Asparagus tossed with lemon olive oil and seasoned with sea salt & fresh ground pepper, with Hollandaise sauce as you wish (GF)
Spring Salad topped with diced apples, bleu cheese crumbles and pecans, and Balsamic vinaigrette (GF)
Dinner Roll basket & butter
Gluten Free Dinner Rolls provided by White Rabbit Bakery in Aurora (Choice required at time of registration)

Dessert:
Dessert Platters of Flour-less Chocolate Torte (GF), New York Cheesecake with berry sauce and assorted fresh Pies
