With firsthand experience spanning military and civilian flight operations, Jay will take us through the challenges, lessons, and moments that have shaped his time in the skies. This promises to be a compelling presentation for aviators of all backgrounds.

  Rice Pilaf, Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower, Garden Tossed Green Salad with Cucumbers & Tomatoes (GF) with all the usual dressings
