How to plan Adventure Travel for Aviators

CAA Members have swarmed, flocked, banded and rafted to many places across the North American Continent.  From the northernmost Alaska to the southernmost Baja California Mexico an East to Miami and Cuba.   Some Fly-outs included Commercial Air, for example, a Fly-out to Australia and an earlier one to Hawaii or 'bare boat' charters in the British Virgin Islands.  Can you think of a better way to spend your vacation but with a group of aviators?

How did these Fly-outs get organized?

One or more people have an idea - let's go to...  They invited their friends and  fly off.   But first there was the planning.  This evening we'll talk about the pre-planning and the leading of a Fly-out.
