MENU  Po Boy Night
Entree: Pulled Pork, Brisket & Chicken (GF) with Buns Regular & Gluten Free,
BBQ Sauce, Cheese, Onions, Jalapenos, Mayonnaise & Pickles
Coleslaw (GF)
Vegetarian entree:  Beyond Sausage* with Bun, Kraut, Catsup & Mustard
Seafood entree:  Salmon*, with or without seasonings
Loaded Baked Potato Wedges topped with Cheese Bacon & scallions served with Catsup & Ranch Dipping Sauces (GF)
Garden salad with dressing and croutons on the side, warm bread & butter
* Salmon or a Vegetarian entree may be ordered during Sign Up process.
