Robert Radford, Phd., is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in management and administration across diverse sectors, ranging from education and public service to corporate environments. Holding a PhD in Education Administration from Washington State University, a BA in Natural Science from Tennessee State University, and certification as a CFP from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, he brings a rich educational perspective to every role.
